I really enjoyed painting this more unusual winter's scene, originally inspired by a beautiful photograph of a misty day. The combination of the tall bright red berries & pretty grasses casting shadows on the pinky river and the sun casting such a beautiful light through the trees in the background -such a pretty scene.
