Collection: Poppies to Remember

Poppies, always a favourite of mine to see, appreciate and paint and for many of us they have been a symbol of respect and remembrance. This scene, a pure profusion of them, all at different stages of growth – the twilight and darkness of the trees behind allowing them to command the show - bright and vivid, each one uniquely expressing the joy of colour and life.
